These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the rt44 platform. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open and operate a rt44 account. Proof of age and identity (KTP or passport) is required before withdrawals are processed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. rt44 will never ask for your password. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account from unauthorised access.
All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits are processed instantly via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay. Withdrawals for verified accounts are typically completed within 30 minutes during WIB business hours.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Attempting to exploit promotional terms — including use of multiple accounts or coordinated play — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may lead to account suspension.
rt44 is not liable for losses arising from connection interruptions, third-party payment delays, or events beyond our reasonable control. Game results determined by certified random-number generators are final and not subject to reversal.

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "You") and rt44 ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") in connection with your access to and use of the rt44 website, mobile applications, and all associated services. By clicking "I Agree", registering an account, or by continuing to use the platform after any amendment to this Agreement has been published, you accept all terms herein in full.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the rt44 Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. rt44 employs age-verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all funds forfeited, and any winnings voided.
The rt44 Platform is operated for and directed at players residing in Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia to create and maintain an account. If you access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited, you do so at your own legal risk and rt44 accepts no liability for any consequences arising from such use.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated, acting under guardianship, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law from entering into contracts may not register an account on the Platform.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform at any time. Registering or maintaining multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under fictitious identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
To register an account, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile telephone number, and a secure password. All information provided at registration must match your government-issued identification documents.
rt44 may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:
Members who fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of being requested to do so may have their withdrawal access suspended until documents are received and approved. rt44 processes KYC submissions within 1–24 hours under normal circumstances.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. rt44 will never request your password via any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify rt44 customer support immediately.
You agree to keep all registration details accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.
All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on the rt44 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). rt44 does not apply currency conversion fees for IDR transactions. Members depositing from bank accounts or e-wallets denominated in IDR will see no deduction beyond the standard transfer fees imposed by their own financial institution (if any).
rt44 currently accepts deposits via the following methods:
Minimum deposit amounts vary by method. The standard minimum bank transfer deposit is Rp 50,000. E-wallet minimum deposits start at Rp 50,000. rt44 reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods and minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
Deposits via local bank transfer are credited to your rt44 Wallet within 1–5 minutes of confirmed receipt. E-wallet deposits are credited instantly. If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact our 24/7 support team with your transfer receipt and transaction reference number.
Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. The maximum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000,000. Members requiring withdrawals above this threshold should contact their dedicated account manager or our support team to arrange processing in tranches.
rt44 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in the following circumstances:
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by rt44 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general conditions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 10 times (10x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. For example, a bonus of Rp 100,000 must generate Rp 1,000,000 in qualifying wagers before winnings can be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements:
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 7 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Member's Wallet. Bonus funds that remain unconverted at the expiry of this period will be removed from the Wallet without compensation.
rt44 prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using wagering patterns designed specifically to exploit bonus terms (commonly known as "bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring"), or coordinating with other Members to fulfil wagering requirements collectively. rt44 reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close accounts involved in bonus abuse.
rt44 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Platform or by email notification to the Member's registered email address.
All sports bets are accepted subject to the applicable Game Rules for each market. rt44 offers Asian handicap, 1X2, over/under, correct score, first goalscorer, and mix parlay (accumulator) markets across BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and other competitions. Minimum stake per bet is Rp 10,000. Odds are subject to change before bet confirmation and will be locked at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation.
In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of rt44 and may be suspended at any time during the event without notice. Any bets accepted during a system delay will be settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was confirmed in our system, not at odds that may have since changed due to in-game events.

A bet may be declared void by rt44 in the following circumstances: the event was abandoned or postponed beyond 24 hours; a manifest error occurred in the odds or market; a Member exploited a pricing error. Void bets are refunded to the Member's Wallet at the original stake amount.
Members must not engage in any of the following activities. Breach of this clause constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:
All content published on the rt44 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of rt44 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any rt44 content without explicit prior written permission from rt44. Any unauthorised use of rt44 intellectual property will be pursued to the full extent permitted by law.
rt44 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times or free from technical interruption. We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.
rt44 shall not be liable for any loss of winnings or profits arising from: technical failures beyond our reasonable control; delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions; force majeure events including natural disasters, government action, or infrastructure outages.
Game content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and others) is subject to those studios' own certification and testing standards. rt44 makes no independent warranty as to game outcomes but ensures that all partner studios hold valid international gaming certifications.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rt44's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Any Member may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the rt44 support team. Prior to closure, all active bonus funds will be removed from the Wallet. Remaining real-money balances (above the minimum withdrawal threshold of Rp 100,000) will be returned to the Member's verified bank account or e-wallet within 5 business days.
rt44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that the Member has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or violated any applicable law. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, balances will be forfeited and the matter referred to appropriate authorities.
An account is considered dormant if no login or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. rt44 will notify the Member by email prior to applying a dormant account fee of Rp 25,000 per month. Dormant account fees will continue until the account balance reaches zero or the Member reactivates the account by logging in and contacting support.
rt44 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email notification to the registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must request account closure before the effective date.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally accepted principles of online gaming law. Where applicable, the laws of the jurisdiction in which rt44 holds its international operating licence shall apply.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform, the Member agrees to first contact rt44 customer support to seek an informal resolution. rt44 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected].
If an informal resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Class action proceedings are expressly waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.
